Tracy and Dawn envision a world where every individual can live up to their full potential, empowered by inclusivity, personal growth, and confidence. Shaped by their own challenging life experiences, they recognize the need to foster spaces that build confidence, assume capability, celebrate individuality, and nurture resilience all while teaching people how to lead with confidence and transparency. This vision has become their shared mission.
 

Dawn’s Journey: A Lifelong Advocate for Inclusion

Dawn’s path has been one of service and advocacy. Beginning her career as a police officer and later working as an adult and juvenile correction officer and probation officer, she gained firsthand insight into the complexities of human behavior and the systemic challenges many face. She combined this background with social work services in Southeast Ohio to expand her reach across the community to help those in need to understand how to build confidence and become leaders within their communities. Dawn has dedicated herself to making a broad impact on the lives of those who are seeking to become leaders that spark positive change throughout the community.
 

Armed with a degree in psychology and a master’s in public administration and human resources management, Dawn combined her expertise in public service, social work, and human resources to champion executive leadership development and coaching at The Ohio State University as an HR Director. Her leadership extended to her community, where she provides coaching and leadership development sessions to help build stronger, more confident leaders.  She also co-founded one of Ohio’s first all-girl Scout troops—creating an inclusive space where young women could develop leadership skills to thrive and reach their full potential.
 

Tracy’s Journey: Connecting Needs with Solutions

Tracy, a first-generation college graduate, earned her BA in Education Administration from Malone University. She has always been energized by helping people rise above their circumstances, equipped with the skills, knowledge, and humility to pay it forward. This passion guided her through her roles as a youth director in several churches and later into a career in sourcing and procurement—bridging the gap between needs and resources.

Having conducted business across five continents and in industries spanning wholesale, retail, medical, manufacturing, and non-profit sectors, Tracy’s experiences honed her expertise in cultural awareness, resource management, and effective communication. This diverse background gives her a unique perspective on fostering meaningful connections and addressing complex challenges. Like Dawn, she channeled her passion into her community by co-founding two of Ohio’s first inclusive all-girl Scout troops in Scouting America, empowering the next generation of leaders to embrace their full potential.
